Riding together should be fun and safe. This page explains what Revamigo does to keep you in control, and what you can do yourself.
What you control in the app
- Your location: your exact location is never shared with other riders.
- Who you talk to: a chat only opens when you and another rider both connect.
- Blocking and reporting: block or report any rider from their profile or from the chat.
- Profile photo: a profile photo is required to connect with other riders.
Before you ride with someone new
- Chat first and meet in a busy public place.
- Tell a friend where you are going and when you will be back.
- Agree the pace, route and stops in advance and keep the first ride short.
- Trust your instincts. You can slow down, stop or leave at any time.
Our full tips are in the guide to your first ride with someone new. If you plan to ride with a bigger crew, read how to plan a group ride.
Report a problem
If a rider behaves badly, block and report them in the app. For anything else, use the contact page or email info@revamigo.com.
