1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Revamigo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Revamigo mobile application and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its servers.

6. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content") but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time for any reason without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revamigo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. LOCATION SERVICES AND PRIVACY

7.1 Location Data

The Service uses location services to provide matching and other features. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Background Location

The Service may collect location data even when the app is not actively in use to provide certain features. You can disable this in your device settings.

7.3 Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data or distance calculations.

8. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

8.1 Premium Features

Certain features require payment ("Premium Features"). Prices are subject to change without notice.

8.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

8.3 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

8.4 Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Emotional distress
• Any damages arising from meetings or interactions with other users

10.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revamigo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interaction with other users
• Any claim that your User Content infringes third-party rights

12. USER INTERACTIONS AND SAFETY

12.1 No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

12.2 Safety Precautions

You should exercise caution and common sense when interacting with other users, including when meeting in person.

12.3 Background Checks

We do not conduct background checks or verify the claims, statements, or identities of users.

12.4 Reporting

You may report inappropriate behavior, but we are not obligated to take any specific action in response to reports.

Meeting strangers involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with meeting other users in person.

We make no representations about compatibility between users or the success of any relationships formed through the Service.

20. MOTORCYCLE-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS

20.1 Riding Safety

We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during motorcycle rides or meetups arranged through the Service.

20.2 Motorcycle Insurance and Licensing

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper licensing, insurance, and safety equipment when riding.
